Scientific work is carried out at the faculty in the following areas:
- development of mathematical methods for the study of stochastic systems and boundary value problems of mathematical physics;
- geometric modeling of objects, processes and phenomena;
- nanotechnology;
- solid state physics;
- chaos theory, nonlinear phenomena, deterministic chaos – scientific group;
- differential and integral equations;
- physics of magnetic phenomena;
- theoretical physics.
