All out-of-town students who need housing are provided with a dormitory
Settlement takes place in accordance with the regulation «Про поселення та проживання в гуртожитках студмістечка» of the Igor Sikorsky KPI.
FMF students live in dormitory № 13 (Metalistiv st., 8)
Settlement algorithm
- Instructions for settling in dormitories for the 1st year of the bachelor’s degree
- Instructions for settling in dormitories for students of the 1st year (QUOTA 2)
- Instructions for settling in dormitories for the 1st year of the master’s degree (in the process of writing)
- Settlement of 2-4 courses of bachelor and 2 courses of master’s degree
The registration process in the dormitories is no longer carried out by the passport officers of the campus
Passport officers only conduct consultations. Students who plan to register their place of residence at the address of the dormitory should apply in person to the Central Administrative Office of the Solomyansky district (41 Povitroflotskyi Ave. or 40 Chokolivskyi Ave.) with the following documents:
- Passport; or ID card with Appendix 13;
Certificate from the dean’s office about studies (you can get it at the dean’s office after September 1); - The original agreement for living in a dormitory + a copy of the first and second pages of the agreement (received after settling in the dormitory);
- State duty payment receipt;
- Conscripts and conscripts must first register for military service at the Solomyansky territorial center of staffing and social support of the military commissariat (Iskrivska St., 5A, tel. (044) 241 13 25): Tuesday, Thursday, 09:00-13:00. Have a registration certificate/other military document and passport with you).
